For the last 20 years my wife and I have lived in a very rural area with a ‘challenging’ uphill curving driveway. Almost 10 years ago our septic tank was pumped by Speedy Septic, so when we needed a new servicing we insisted on Speedy even though we had to wait some weeks until they were available. It was worth the wait. They arrived on time and went right to work. There was a problem in that a tree root had grown across one of the tank covers. Five minutes work with a chain saw solved the problem! Altogether the Speedy team was professional, courteous and efficient. We are keeping their phone number so we will be able to utilize them again in the future. Score: five stars! *****

We had them come out and pump out our sepitc tank. Their schedule was open right away which was helpful. Both employees were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and went out of their way to treat me great. Their truck could use some repair and maintenance it left about nine small oil drops on my driveway and one big oil spot.

Jason and Mason came out and did a septic locate including finding the drain field and working backwards to find the tank. It's going to require excavation to get to the tank so we weren't able to do anything more than that today. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason and Mason for a job well done and I expect to have them back to service the septic system and probably add risers to make accessing the tank easier in the future.

Jarrin arrived Saturday in timely response to our request and quickly identified the problem. He’ll be back tomorrow with the parts need to make the repairs.

Shane and his right arm man were quick and effecient. Had knowledge and explained their processes. Upgraded the service to prevent future problems and recommended a product to help reduce problems with buildup.

They were able to come out and fix my system, they were kind polite professional and knew what they were doing. Excellent job!
