Richard was great. He let me know the limitations that kept him from inspecting the system fully. He made sure to communicate that the problem was not high alert, but it was definitely going to need to be resolved in order to move our family in. He clearly stated the steps that would need to be taken. Beyond doing his job, he was a good human and that helped bring comfort to a troubling situation.

I had a very minor issue over a phone call to them and will not share those details as the GM, Josh reached out to me today and offered to speak directly with my over the phone to resolve the issue.I had accidentally left them a 1-star review but in reality, they deserve 4-5 stars. The fact that Josh took the time to address it and show a desire to make an improvement based on the feedback from my rating, says so much more then the minor issue I complained about.He redeemed themselves and earned respect, the old fashioned customer service way! Speedy responded in a timely manner when I called them. Pumpout was fairly quick. Follow up was not so good. They put a riser in but didn't have a good lid so put on what they said would be temporary.Oct. 30, 2024Today Nate came by and installed a new cover on the riser (thank you). This one looks like it will survive better than the other one. I am happy to see they cared enough to do a follow up.
