Richard made the entire experience feel like we’d known him for years. He was incredibly personable, explained everything and clear detail, and earned our trust right away. His helper work hard as well and together they made a great team. If we ever need additional septic support we will be requesting Richard personally. Highly recommend speedy septic.

Very happy with the work. However, we can't seem to get a receipt for the 2 payments they took. Took a second payment for which we do not know what for.

Good job pumping the system and answering questions. Since the GPS to track their journey here wasn’t working until just before they arrived, I had to reschedule another errand, and twiddle my thumbs for the 4 hour window we were given.

Speedy came out the same day we called. They corrected our clogged septic lines (thank you!) and did the extra by clearing our drain lines of blockages. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We have used Speedy in the past and can definitely recommend this team!

We had a septic emergency. It needed to be pumped. The young man who did the job was on time. He went above and beyond. It took him many hours to pump our tank because of it being super packed down. He worked so hard. Plus he was all by himself that day. I would highly recommend them. He also came all the way from eagle Creek. To scappoose where we live. It was the weekend also.

Speedy septic was a fantastic company as we had a honey pot emergency on our floating home. They were the only ones who had a recent appointment and came and fixed the issue under 30 minutes. They even explained the process and what was wrong throughout the fix. I’d recommend them as they live up to their name, Speedy!

I had never had my septic system serviced, nor really understood how it was supposed to work. When speedy septic arrived, Mason greeted me with a handshake and explanation of what was going on and what he’d be doing. Even providing me with photos and report. And man was it fast!

Noticed our septic system wasn't working around 9am this morning and I called Speedy Septic. Within a few hours the technician showed up and diagnosed the problem. The issue was completely done 4:30.
