Got Septic pumped, and had DEQ certified ESER report done for new ADU.Guys in the field were great, they were very well trained and informative! Disappointed with office dispatchers, they don't seem to know what is needed for work performed, failed to tell me all distribution boxes needed dug up for ESER report and also failed to mention there was a $520.00 an hour charge to use their locating equipment on top of the ESER charge, which is necessary to make the report!

Second time using speedy. Brian and Fernando were out today to work on lift station . They went above and beyond and did a great job! Highly recommend using them for all septic systems issues.

Bryan was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what was expected to help us understand our septic system. It was unclear how our system was set up and when he left we had a clear understanding of it and all aspects of it.

The guys that came over did an amazing job. The only con was that it costed way more than we imagined. On the phone was discussed prices for 500 gallon tank vs 1000 tank but was not discussed there could be additional charges cleaning out. Though this was the 1st time hiring anyone to pump out tank so didn't know what to expect as well. Overall we are vety happy with the service we received. Would recommend and return.

So grateful to the crew for coming out the same day that I called and helping us out! They arrived around 6p from another big job and were still friendly, thorough, and helpful. Their communication leading up to their arrival was great and the office went above and beyond sending me information I needed but hadn't been able to locate on my own.

We are in the process of purchasing a property in the Estacada area and in need a septic system inspection. We were told that Speedy was a great resource. We were told correctly. Richard came out to the property, looked at what was there and gave us an honest assessment of the current situation. He gave us a ton of information and saved us from spending money that, at this point, we don’t need to spend. We are so impressed.

They were reasonable and nice about sucking out the septic tank. I was told I'd be charged $600 to you have the line sprayed out. He ended up charging me over $1400. When I finally got my receipt and asked about the double charge i was told there were 2 lines which I did not approve. So if you're tight on cash. I would make sure you get a set price before you have any work done? Then they had a representative call me and said he would make it right. Since I didn't agree to be in charged twice and they never did anything!

Richard was great. He let me know the limitations that kept him from inspecting the system fully. He made sure to communicate that the problem was not high alert, but it was definitely going to need to be resolved in order to move our family in. He clearly stated the steps that would need to be taken. Beyond doing his job, he was a good human and that helped bring comfort to a troubling situation.
