Bryan was super knowledgeable & helpful! I learned way more about the services being provided, their importance & what to keep an eye on in the future. He arrived on time, was professional, showed me everything he was seeing himself & explained everything with kindness & honestly. Would definitely recommend!!!

My,my, you talk about efficiency and professionalism from the call to finish. These are your guys. Don't call anyone else if they service your area, stop looking, just call. First off the dispatch person Renisha, was very polite and understanding, she did her best and went above and beyond to get a crew out here. Then, you talk about the crew too young hard-working lads, Damiayn and Trevin. Smart, and hard working, from the moment they jumped out of the truck. We had a serious cleanout backup by the baffle., and they took care of that, and that took some work. To conclude, the price was reasonable. The service was outstanding. Oh, and they came on a "SUNDAYNIGHT" at 8 o'clock. this is Company is TOP NOTCH, no matter the cost. You'll be happy you called them.😉👍👍👍, Thank you Speedy!!

Justin and Trevyn (sp) came out Sunday due to our alarm going off. After check boxing all that it could be, they found that it was the pump. They made sure that the floaters were good, and changed out the pump, and even pumped out some of the solids, even though we just did this a year ago, just to ensure that all would work properly. They answered ALL my questions, patiently, and even gave some very sound advise. We have never had an issue with Speedy, and have always used them, and will continue to use them. Every one of their team members are exceptional!!!

Richard made the entire experience feel like we’d known him for years. He was incredibly personable, explained everything and clear detail, and earned our trust right away. His helper work hard as well and together they made a great team. If we ever need additional septic support we will be requesting Richard personally. Highly recommend speedy septic.

Very happy with the work. However, we can't seem to get a receipt for the 2 payments they took. Took a second payment for which we do not know what for.

Good job pumping the system and answering questions. Since the GPS to track their journey here wasn’t working until just before they arrived, I had to reschedule another errand, and twiddle my thumbs for the 4 hour window we were given.

Speedy came out the same day we called. They corrected our clogged septic lines (thank you!) and did the extra by clearing our drain lines of blockages. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We have used Speedy in the past and can definitely recommend this team!

We had a septic emergency. It needed to be pumped. The young man who did the job was on time. He went above and beyond. It took him many hours to pump our tank because of it being super packed down. He worked so hard. Plus he was all by himself that day. I would highly recommend them. He also came all the way from eagle Creek. To scappoose where we live. It was the weekend also.

Speedy septic was a fantastic company as we had a honey pot emergency on our floating home. They were the only ones who had a recent appointment and came and fixed the issue under 30 minutes. They even explained the process and what was wrong throughout the fix. I’d recommend them as they live up to their name, Speedy!
