Speedy septic fixed the septic at my last house. So we decided to use them again with an issue we were having with our new house. Richard the tech that came over was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained and showed me everything that was going on. I would definitely use them again. Very happy camper

My partner and I recently moved to a home that was having some septic tank issues. After previously dealing with a crappy company that wouldn’t even do the work but charged an arm and a leg for coming out and lying to us, we needed to find someone to help us in a last minute situation. After reading previous reviews, called this company YESTERDAY and I was able to get a technician to come out the NEXT DAY. We got the amazing Shane and James, two awesome people that knew exactly what they were doing, didn’t mind chatting with us, explained what they were doing and why they did it, and were extremely honest with pricing. I really can’t recommend this company enough. We needed a new pump and float, which he had on the truck and could do the repairs in the moment. Absolutely perfect of a fix and a job well done. We will keep this company in our records for future use!!!!!! Thank you Shane and James! You really helped us so much!

I feel the need to update my review, Richard came out and was apologetic, honest, and worked with me on the issues I was having. Like I said in my original review, service has never been an issue, just customer service from Courtney. We have used Speedy's in the past, and had no issues. My issue today isn't with the service, it is with the customer service of the woman answering the phone to schedule appointments. I have never been treated so poorly. She openly admitted she wasn't aware of what a Residential Liftgate station with a sump pump was, which is fine, however refusing to give a quote (understandable, since you have no clue what I'm referring to), refusing to have a technician call me so I can get a quote on having the station hosed down and pumped if needed, refusing to allow me to speak to someone with any kind of knowledge, going as far as questioning who I really am on the phone. Her nasty attitude was disgusting. I understand a receptionist not having knowledge to a degree, but not being willing to allow me to speak to someone who can let me know a general quote for a routine maintenance, instead expecting a homeowner to wait till someone shows up and gives them a price is not acceptable, nor is the nasty tone she continued to use. Do not trust their website reviews, they remove anything that isn’t 5 star.

Jason was very upfront with my situation and worked with me to save money on my septic repair. Replaced a bad float instead of the whole pump. Also did a temporary repair of my system and explained what to do to fix it permanently if I wanted to save money. I just completed those repairs and am grateful for the guidance. I will always call speedy in the future
