Jason was very upfront with my situation and worked with me to save money on my septic repair. Replaced a bad float instead of the whole pump. Also did a temporary repair of my system and explained what to do to fix it permanently if I wanted to save money. I just completed those repairs and am grateful for the guidance. I will always call speedy in the future

I was very impressed with how quickly I received service, which was just a few hours after I first called, and appreciated the update call I received with a more detailed timeline about when they expected to arrive. Jason is amazing and super knowledgeable; he was especially great with my 7-year-old son, who was of course very interested in what was going on, but Jason and his helper were very patient with him and even involved him in the process which absolutely made his day, He’s been talking about it all evening! I can’t say enough about how awesome these guys are and they will definitely have my business from now on.

Pricey Septic! Not speedy! It had been 4 years since our last septic pumping, so I set up an appointment for service. I was told Thu morning, between 8AM and 12PM. I received a call at 1PM from the driver, informing me he'd be there within the hour. He arrived around 2:30PM. Nice enough driver/service guy. Took about an hour to get it done and charged me almost $1400 for pumping the solids side only, of my 1500 gal tank. Showed up very late, screwing up my entire day and charged me at least double of it it should be. Will most likely not use again!!!!!

They are always prompt and nice

Never a fun day when you have to call a septic pumping company but Jarrin and helper did their best to make it as painless as possible for me. Gave a 30 min call ahead, they very courteous and professional. Went the extra mile for me as best they could within my budget. Thank you Jarrin and apprentice. You both are Rockstars!!!
